building a new computer with an unlimited budget, i was thinking of a 128 GB solid state to hold the OS
i need advice on SSDs need really fast read and write speed cost is not a problem

Cost is not a problem? You can find some PCIe cards that serve as drives. If cost is only a minor issue, I suggest Intel X25-M 160GB. If that's not fast enough put two in RAID 0.
