Try turning your speakers upside down.

Play some music...notice that the sound doesn't, in fact, come out upside
down, as one might expect.

I bet you're one of those experts that write for the BBC website.

My car was stolen from in front of my house (late 80's) and I chased them
in my pickup through the back streets, honking when we passed a police
annex, and even rammed it once. (Gives one an appreciation for the weight
advantage of a Buick over a light pickup!) Got it back though. When they
stopped with a flat tire they fled, I guess thinking I musta been real nuts
and capable of anything. So I returned home, met the CHP, and they took me
back to arrange a tow.

/me high 5's Scratch. I know that feeling. I once spotted a car
following
me while driving home in the wee hours of the morning. I led it near where
I lived, then ducked into an alcove so that I could jump in behind it.
I did so, he took off, and I cornered him in a restaurant parking lot.
I pulled a knife out and told him if I ever saw him or his car again he'd be
eating "Nut Stew" for a dinner. Man, did he leave in a hurry. ;)

I was eating dinner at the time when my sister said my car was being
stolen. I thought she was pulling my leg. As I saw my taillights heading
off down the street, all I could imagine was a burned-out gutted hulk in
some cul de sac. But as I drove away to follow it, all I could think was I
hope she started the tape to record that night's episode of Babylon 5. ;)
(We time-shift everything, as we always get interrupted at the good parts.)
And she did, and then called the CHP. :D

Man, even while being robbed you were wondering if B5 was being
recorded?! Dude you are hard core!

I'd hate to hear what your wife would say during delivery if the
season finally of Dr. Who happens at the same time.

Surely it's better to hold the knife by its handle?
