MY SPECS IS :
INTEL CORE2DUO E8400
GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P
A DATA 2GB 800MHZ RAM
500GB SEAGATE SATA

I never do oc !
I want to oc my proc to 4ghz but i dont know voltage and other setting! i set other auto and
my Windows is blue screen...
can you help me?

The first thing to know is make SMALL steps and learn there is more to OCing than just increasing the FSB or adjusting volts.
Don't aim for 4Ghz or 500Mhz fsb. Instead aim for 5 mhz higher than the last successful Clock (same true for video cards).
There is tons of info on overclocking in the net. Search for tutorial or "overclocking GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P" like jsc said to help start.
