Hello, i am trying to fix my friends pc when you turn on the pc it starts up put in Password then when desktop loads it freezes and do anything cant even move the mouse...ive tried cleaning cpu put new thermal paste on swapping power supplies cleaned motherboard cleaned graphics card heat sink etc nothing works ive put the hard drive into my pc and works fine..help plez

oh and yes i have tryd safe mode still same problem i was thinking the friend im fixing it for when i took heatsink off the cpu thermal paste was oozing off the sides LOL NOOB LOL
