I have a pdf file in which I think the pages are scanned images. I want to underline an entry. Are there any freeware
editors that would permit me to do this - or to access the page in my graphice package & save back to pdf?
I want to keep the whole document, otherwise I could just do a screen capture of the relevant bit, edit it, & save as a
graphics file.

PhotoShop Elements. It isn't freeware, but you may already
have it, it is very good photo program.
