Hi, new to O'C'ing my CPU

I have E8400 OC'ed at 3.8ghz and running

25c idle and 40c/41c with 100% process. Is that good temp?

I am using NZXT tempest case with Gigabyte EP45-UD3P and Cooler Master Hyper Z600 active cooling.

Feedback will be great.

Thank you.
