Foxconn A7GM-S overclock help

Well, this is my first time trying to overclock a AMD and will be using the Foxconn A7GM-S and a AMD X2 5200+. I was just wondering if there is any help I can get or a overclocking guide I can follow because I tried searching for a guide and no results.
