Well I have a laptop with a built-in wireless adapter that works just fine. Where I work there's a hotspot nearby, but my laptop can't see it. I bought a Belkin Wireless N USB adapter hoping that my range might be a bit better, but I'm having trouble getting it to work. When I test it at home, it will see my network, and it will connect, but it's not connected to the internet. The TCP/DNS settings are all on automatic and I just can't figure out why the USB won't connect and the built in wireless will. Thanks for any help.

Although you should be able to use two wireless adapters I think you're making life complicated for your computer and it just ain't cooperating.

And the routers you are trying to connect to should be using N for you to gain any benefit (and preferably N from the same manufacturer because standards aren't solid as far as I know).
