I have installed my Silent Knight II a few days ago. The system is running okay so far. The only issue I noticed on the other day is that a slight vibration was felt when I touch my hands on to the copper fins of this cooler. The device is mounted by a lever rather than being screwed to the base mount. In the long run, will this cause a stability problem to CPU?

What do you mean by a lever? Push-pins?
As there is a fan mounted onto the cooler, there will always be vibration. I don't think any fan is capable of creating so much vibration, that it can dammage the CPU. Check the mounting again and make it as firm as possible. If you're still worred, check if the manufacturer does not sell a separate mouting bracket with screws.
