What is the difference between an Nvidia 650i chipset and an Nvidia 750i chipset. Is there any performance difference or anything??

Be smart. Buy the new P45 instead.

Compatibility with the new 45nm, some performance increases (PCI-E2.0) If you are building new, go with 750 (assuming you need SLI). It isn't worth an upgrade though from the 650 (unless you need the 45nm compatibility)
