a href=http://supportmicrosoft

I have a security app with poor support and it is trying to download a "Hotfix" from microsoft servers to fix a "security hole" which reads as above only it has a "<" in front of the "a". When I follow the directions to down load it just sits there thinking and never does anything. Naturally, a MS scan of my computer reveals no security fixes missing. Any ideas? :??:

Maybe what it is trying to download requires Microsoft Genuine Advantage validation and your program doesn't know what to do when a file doesn't just start downloading all by itself.
