I hear there is a backup Bios on these boards how do i enable it, @Bios blew my bios up!!! All it does it "Scanning hardrive for bios image"

Put in your DVD that you got with the motherboard on DVD drive and reboot (also disconnect HDD). It should find the BIOS image there, else load BIOS ROM file on to a Flash drive formated in FAT and BIOS recovery should find it there.
