More Information

Between the Asus Striker II formula 780i board and Asus P5N72-T 780i board, which one should I get? And which one can overclock better? I want to get at least 1600+FSB, can the Striker II Formula do that even though it only supports to 1333FSB? I know the Striker is higher price too but looking at the spec the P5N72-T is better so what's the deal?

The cpu that Im going to use is Q9450 (45nm) can both of those boards support this new 45nm cpu? (they're both nvidia 780i chipset boards)
