Keeping the Autodetect SPD option in my bios on sometimes results in me getting an error when booting (something about overclocking values not being right, but I am not overclocking!)
So I decided to manually input the values in the BIOS.
I found all the values, except for 1 the tRTP one.
Does anybody know it?

I have 2 PC2-6400 1GB Kingston modules (DDR2-800).

CL: 5
LRCD: 5
tRP: 5
tRAS: 18
CR: 2T
tRC: 23
tRFC: 42
tWR: 6
tWTR: 3
tRRD: 3
tRTP : ??????????

Ok, I found out the timing for tRTP seems to be 3, so I tried to set all these timings in my BIOS...only to find out I can't!!

The problem is with the tWTR and the tRTP which I should set to 3, but the lowest value my BIOS allows me to set is 4!

So now what do I do?

What is even more confusing (well to me anyway) I downloaded Everest and this gives me the following timings:

Memory Timings
CAS Latency (CL) 5T
RAS To CAS Delay (tRCD) 5T
RAS Precharge (tRP) 5T
RAS Active Time (tRAS) 18T
Row Refresh Cycle Time (tRFC) 42T
Command Rate (CR) 2T
RAS To RAS Delay (tRRD) 3T
Write Recovery Time (tWR) 14T
Read To Read Delay (tRTR) Same Rank: 4T, Different Rank: 6T
Read To Write Delay (tRTW) 8T
Write To Read Delay (tWTR) Same Rank: 11T, Different Rank: 5T
Write To Write Delay (tWTW) Same Rank: 4T, Different Rank: 6T
Read To Precharge Delay (tRTP) 5T
Write To Precharge Delay (tWTP) 14T
Precharge To Precharge Delay (tPTP) 1T
Refresh Period (tREF) 3120T
DRAM Read ODT 3T
DRAM Write ODT 6T
MCH Read ODT 8T
Performance Level 7
Read Delay Phase Adjust Neutral
DIMM2 Clock Fine Delay 5T
DIMM4 Clock Fine Delay 6T

Those I CAN set in the BIOS, but why do they differ from the recommended values, and what is more, what is the difference between "Same Rank" and "Different Rank"? Which ones should I use?
