Apps hang when accessing network files...

This really only seems to happen in Dreamweaver MX. But then again, I dont use much else than Lightroom, Flash8, and Dreamweaver MX on this machine, so who knows. It seems to only be a problem with Dreamweaver though...but...

When I am accessing a file over my network to another machine, namely my wirelessly connected laptop, Dreamweaver is painfully slow. Like...really slow. Almost 35 seconds to select a table cell. It seems like all I see is an hourglass. It also, seemingly at radom and with nothing being done on the other machine, says the file has been changed or cannot be accessed and everything goes blank in the design window. Then a minute or two later, its all back again.

This seems like a network setting thing to me, but it might just be a Dreamweaver thing.

Does anyone have any idea whats going on? This is really killing my work time. Yes, I can copy the relevant files over to this machine, but then that seems to defeat the point of having a network.
