This is my first message in the forum and I wait your replies. I want to upgrade my motherboard but have no idea. I dont need a latest one as I will get a laptop computer until next semester holiday. Anyway, let me give details..
Card I am using atm: Acorp 4S845AP (6 PCI,1 AGP,3 DIMM,Audio)
Processor: Intel Celeron 4A, 2400 MHz(6x400)
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce FX 5500(256 MB)
Rams: 768 SDRAM (i guess it has to be changed to a DDR one)
I would like to get one with an onboard audio on it -also onboard video card would be good. I m waiting your replies. Thanks in advance
no, i just need a mobo that will use my graphic card and processor with max speed. i m using graphic card at 4x but i know it can be used as 8x. i will use it before i get a laptop next january. and budget is 100 $
Use your current case, keyboard, drives, monitor, etc.
For about $180, you have a system that will blow, and I mean blow away anything, for any amount of money you could upgrade on your current system. This is not by any stretch of the imagination a high end gaming rig, but it will suit your needs very well.
thank you all but i think i didnt express my question well. i just need a motherboard that will suit things in computer and will make them run with their max speeds. yeah it is better idea to buy a new computer as u said, and i will, but there are at least 6 months for that and i want to use my old servant computer a bit faster
