I'm planning to buy new hdd for new computer and I can't decide which option to choose:
a) 1x Samsung SMG F1 1TB 3.5" SATA2 7200RPM 32MB (HD103UJ)
or
b) 2x SEA BARRACUDA 7200.11 320GB SATA2 16MB (ST3320613AS)

I can get each of these options for the same price, what is the best solution? To have one Samsung F1 drive or 2 Barracuda 7200.11 drives in RAID?
Capacity difference (1Tb>640Gb) in this case means nothing to me, I only want to get fastest option from these 2 choices.

You should also consider reliability of course. I've no experience with the Samsung SMG, but it does have a 32MB cache (compared to the Seagate's 16MB cache) so it should be faster. And it does have a higher capacity. Hope this helps!
