Recently i had a problem with a leaking liquid cooling system that came with my Cyberpower pc i had bought. This product happened to be an NZXT product but was warrantied under Cyberpower pc. Because of this leak my motherboard as well as my AMD graphics card got ruined but was told that because my computer was past the 1 year warranty date that Cyberpower could not (and would not) be willing to help me resolve this issue. My stance was that if the product had just broke and not cause any harm to any of the other components then i would have completely happy replacing that one item, but when it ruins everything else that's a different story. After multiple failed attempts to reason with Cyberpower and to get some assistance (that wasn't just an oh well we can't help you, but good luck) i decided to contact NZXT directly an that's when everything changed. Although i feel that Cyberpower should be completely held responsible for this malfunction, NZXT customer service representatives were very understanding to my plight. That's when on of their lead representatives did something i would have never expected, out of the bottom of his hear he offered to send me a new liquid cooling system that he had gotten (and wasn't planning on using) from the company. I must say just this simple gesture made me a NZXT fan for life, considering how poor of an experience Cyberpower had handled the situation. Now a days it is very rare to find such good support staff that they are willing to go above and beyond for the custom as NZXT did and it just warms my heart knowing there are still people out there that truly care about the customers experience with their products and service. For that i say thanks you NZXT!!!!!!!
