You will need more than 2gb of ram. Everything else good as is.

i was gunna go with 4 but everyone told me to hold off till i have a 64bit version of windows.

Why hold off? DDR2 is dirt cheap now and won't get much cheaper, with the slow transition to ddr3. 3.5gb should be enough for most typical tasks.

Looks good to me. You could of got the q6700 tomorrow for the same price you paid for the q6600 today. Or you could of save about $50 on the q6600.
 
All in all you should of been able to shave $200 of with different parts.
