R.G.B.: Auto
CPU Clock Ratio: 9X
CPU Host Clock Control: Enabled
CPU Host Frequency (Mhz): 333
PCI Express Frequency (Mhz): 100
C.I.A.2: Disabled
Performance Enhance: Standard
System Memory Multiplier (SPD): 2.0
Memory Frequency (Mhz): 667
System Voltage Control: Manual
DDR2 OverVoltage Control: +0.2v
FSB OverVoltage Control: +0.1v
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control: +0.1v
CPU Voltage Control: 1.381
Normal CPU Vcore:1.325
Then, I hit F10 and restarted. It still shows 2.40GHz(267x9), DDR2 is at 534Mhz instead of 667 (which means CPU Host Frequency didn't change at all). So, I tried different combinations between voltage, it didn't work. I also tried to OC to 2.8GHz only, it didn't work either. CPU Host Frequency resets to 267 everytime I restat. Need help asap, Thank you.
try reseting the CMOS and download and flash f9b bios and FSB 0vervoltage to auto,MCH overvoltage to auto CPU Voltage cotrol to 1.30625 and start decreasing it untill you perfectly stable you dont need more for 3.0 GHZ OC and next time save your overclock to bios so it would be easy to re-apply it again

@OP: The P35-DS3x boards are known to have problems with DDR2 1066 RAM. That is probably why. Also don't increase MCH voltage. Also I believe you have seen the P35-DS3L OCing Guide?

^^ same thing happened to me when i was trying to push towards 3.6
fsb 400x9
fsb overvoltage +1
CPU Voltage 1.4
Static tRead Value 8
when i put MCH overvoltage to +1 it restarted and during the post it was reported stock speeds 2.4 Ghz, 800 mHZ RAM wich seems to be normal after bad OC on this board but more funny inside bios it was still reporting 3.6 Ghz 400x9 and when i disabled the CPU host Clock Control it reported ^^ 100x9= 900 mHZ CPU couldnt do any overclock everytime ended with stock speeds ^^ just reseting the CMOS fixed it
