That's caused by the computer not seeing your boot device. Tap the delete key on startup and make sure your first boot device is what you're trying to boot off of (hard drive, optical drive....etc).
If your boot device is set, make sure your cable connections are secure.

i know tis answer already but i could not solve the problem
If the hard drive is listed as the first boot device in the BIOS, and it's still giving you that message, make sure the cables are secure. If they are, try replacing the data cable. If that doesn't work, then the hard drive is likely dead.
