Does anybody know of any software or a simple way that will create 2 identical partitions (a working partition and a backup partition) at the same time from one external hdd?

Basically I am currently cloning several laptops with Acronis using a boot cd and an external HDD. The machines have their own recovery partition and own recovery cd. I would like to be able to clone this recovery partition at the same time (so each laptop does not take a long length of time to prep) and create my own recovery cd so that the machines can go back to the original 'cloned' state rather than the manufactures original state...

Any ideas?

Acronis True Image Home combined with partition manager will do the trick........ just clone the entire drive....... Then remove the partition with partition magic ....... then create an acronis secure zone on the drive and do a back up to the secure zone and activate acronis start up manager and you will not need a recovery CD.......
