I'm looking to build a gaming computer. I built my current computer back in 2008 and it was a decent gaming rig, but now its outdated so bad. My budget is about $650. I had this in mind, I just want to know if this is decent enough to play World of Warcraft and stream on High settings with good fps. thanks
