I'm building an SLI gaming PC.

Down to one of 3 mobos:

EVGA 132-CK-NF78-A1 DDR2 SLI

Asus P5N-T Deluxe DDR2 780i SLI3 1066Mhz GigaLAN QC Extreme 1333Mhz FSB

Asus Striker II Formula DDR2 780i SLI3 1066MHz GigaLAN QC Extreme 1600MHz FSB

Any reliability concerns with any of them?

Which one is the best of the three?

Just a note that if you really want maximum reliability and stability in both the MB and drivers, you'll have to go with an Intel-chipset-based MB. You'll lose SLI ability, but since new, more-powerful single-card graphics solutions come out very frequently, that shouldn't affect performance.
Also, there's really no benefit now of going with DDR3.

Seriously, a 512MB Video Card will do well even at 1920*1200 and in some cases 2560*1600. SLi is really not needed, if you want performance, look at the GTX280 soon to be released. I really think today's card are bottle necked by memory capacity.
