Hi,
Another will this system run on my psu

First off has anyone tried the Gigabyte 460w PSU? Is it alright?
+3.3V = 30.0A
+5V = 30.0A
+12V1 = 16.0A
+12V2 = 18.0A
-12V = 0.5A
+5Vsb = 2.5A

Secondly,
Would this PSU run on my system?
GA-M61PME-S2
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5600+ 2.8Ghz AM2
Asus HD3850 512MB DDR3
Seagate Barracuda 160GB SATAII
DH-20A3S DVD Drive
Transcend PC2-6400 DDR2 4GB KIT
+ 1-2 ide old hard drives
