Install IDT audio on Vista

I was trying to fix the headphone problem on the laptop and I installed an update or a driver for IDT and now it says that the device cannot start when I check it in the device manager, and when I go to Sound in the Control panel, it says that no devices are installed. How can I get it back? Thanks

Roll back the driver to previous version.

I don't know how to do that but I actually just restored the computer to before I did that and everything went back the way it was.
