I recently bought a game, (Age of Conan), and as expected my two year old Sony Vaio computer wasn't working out. I ran tests and it turns out the only thing needing upgrading is the video card and power supply.

I was wondering if I could buy a new case, power supply, and graphics card, and have someone manually transfer everything else from the VAIO to the new computer case.

Absolutely. I'm not familiar with your Vaio case, but if the optical drives are standard with standard trays they would transfer also.
