youtube videos are choppy and wont download right. plus pandora wont load either. i have the upgraded adobe flash player. what am i not downloading? i also cleared my cookies!

How are you connected to Internet ? Have plenty of RAM ? Software and drivers updated to current ?

Restart your modem and/or router also.
