help need heatsink advice please

I have the following case and motherboard combo. I am going crazy finding a cpu heatsink that will fit in my case with no modifications. I also have all four fans in the door of the case. I have a q 9450. Anyone else have this setup?

Cooler Master Stacker 830 NVIDIA Edition

ASUS RAMPAGE FORMULA LGA 775 Intel X48 ATX Intel Motherboard

was thinking of buying this, but too tall maybe? - I dont want to remove any fans.
Thermalright Ultra-120 Extreme CPU Heatsink

As best I know, and I use a TRUE in my Antec 900 with the Rampage Formula motherboard, it is too tall to use in the Cooler Master without removing a fan. Thermalright has a similar fan, the Ultra 90 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835109127, which should fit without problem. The Ultra 90 won't deliver quite the cooling that the TRUE does, but it works fairly well. The only alternative I know of is to remove one or two the the fans, as may be necessary, from the Cooler Master case.
