My 9800gx2 core temps are diferent, while i play crysis one core has 70 Celsius, other - 75 celsius.

There is absolutely nothing abnormal about that. Enjoy the card(s) :)

actually, now i checked , real crysis gpu temp is 80 and 85 celsius.(no OC 50% fan speed) is it realy normal?

By the way , i use rivatuner tu confugure fan speed, but after reboot  fan speed set automaticaly to defoult (45% - about 760 rpm). Is there any way to hold set fan speed for all time?

There's probably an option to enable your custom settings when Windows boots, but I'm no expert on RivaTuner.

set it to 100% in riva tuner and u will never bother with it mine never goes above 55C in anything. i am running a antec 900case with a ton of highspeed fans though.

those temps are ok....that vore can reach very high temps. If you want to make em cooler tho set ur fan speed using riva tuner...60% is a good compromise as its still pretty quiet

Try using this from EVGA, itll give you on screen temps, controls fans and clocks, both core and shader, and like I said itll display in game, temps, speeds and all. Great tool, it may help http://www.evga.com/articles/405.asp

You could OC the 9800GX2, just bring the fan speed up. If the gpu temp disturbs you that much, perhaps some reapplying of thermal paste could help, but I think it's perfectly normal and fine.

Have you tried the new EVGA tool? Its nice

Meh, too lazy. Rivatuner already overclocks so well it can't get any better. Not gonna risk messing it up when there's no potiential benefits. :p

True, but its made by the same guy, has an easier GUI, and I like the ingame temps showing

You can not only do that with Rivatuner, you can also show core/mem clock, fan speed, and I think fps.

It's okay for 9800gx2.

the GX2 is a dual GPU meaning 2 graphic cores. It will be hotter than other cards. Considering its 2 8800 GTS G92s. It stays cooler than their old Dual GPU cards though.

Like most people said oc the fan and get a higher speed... I don't see it as necessary because 70 in a demanding game like crysis is very good.

My temps Idle 55 at 45% fan and get up to 65-70 in games soo meh its all good. :)
