Bug Check 0x101: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT

This indicates that an expected clock interrupt on a secondary processor, in a multi-processor system, was not received within the allocated interval.

This typically doesn't happen due to a software bug, and is usually caused by a hardware problem on either the CPU or motherboard. Its *possible* a low level system driver can cause this issue, but very unlikely.

I recently had this same BSOD on my PC. After hours of debugging, I found the root cause [I won't go into the details].

My new recommendation for this BSOD as a result: If it happens once and doesn't return, ignore it.
