I think Antec 1200 has better cooling performance over TT, but Antec comes with very high price and less of features (removable mainboard tray, tool less, etc) but cable management seems better in Antec.

Final word, I really can't decide between both of them  Sorry.... ;)

But if I have $200 that must be spent on a case between both of them or I will lose that money...I think I'll pick Antec 1200.

The Antec 1200 does not have all the features you could want and isn't very roomy for those monster graphics cards. Thermaltake cases are not built with quality in mind, but gimmicks like large fans that do not push much air, built in watercooling systems that do not work very well, and generally obnoxious and flashy looks. I own an Antec 900 and it is not a bad case, but it is not exactly the best case, but it performs acceptably and if you do not build a lot of computers it will suffice, the 1200 is the same as the 900 just has slightly improved cooling.
