Gaming Server problem. not everyone can see it??

Hi all can you help..
I set up a Server wired through my Belkin Router on a seperate PC.
so from modem--->router--->2 X Pc's one mine one the server.
Now everyone outside my house can join the games hosted on it including me.
But one guy whom happens to be the only person using a wireless router can't connect.. He sees the game but just gets "connecting failed" when he trys to connect.. his windows and norton firewall are temporarily turned off when trying to connect. Now before i created my server, i run my pc direct through the Modem and created games he could connect to my hosted games and i could connect to his but but due to lagg i decided to set it up through a seperate pc/server now im running through my router i cant connect to his hosted games but everyone else can!
I tried setting up UDP & TCP to the ports the game uses like here but not sure if i did it right as it still doesnt work..
he tried the netsh winsock thing but still dont work, heres my settings in router



Anyone have any ideas please?
