Computer skips bios (Black Screen) then goes straight to windows loading bar th

Hello,
as above, pentium 4 windoiws xp black screen on startup cannot see bios menu or get to safe mode. any ideas?

Computer cannot bypass the BIOS unless it was hibernating and you are bringing it out of hibernation.

Turn off the computer, completely.

Re-start and see what happens then.
