Can't run file create association folder in control panel

Hi guys this is my first post on this website,

Anyways my computer has just had a problem that occurred and i cannot run ANY files and i can hardly see anything in the start menu i am currently running in safe mode as i speak, and surprisingly this happened right after i installed "hijackthis" to scan my system. Start off by getting rid of any of those BHOs under 02 that have no file associated with then and that entry under 04 for
HKLM\..\Run: [Bar] C:\DOCUME~1\vincent\LOCALS~1\Temp\xwescramon.tmp then restart the computer and post back the log of a fresh scan.

I have bad news I ran onecare scan in safe mode and it told me to restart computer after it deleted several viruses. I restarted the computer and now it keeps restarting like a loop. It auto restarts right after the window xp screen there's no message it just goes pitchblack and restarts again. I can't even boot into safe mode please help

[#0005ff]That wasn't in the plan - it's now screwed up the winlogonui and you need access to the Registry to go on and repair it. This is more than a virus - there's probably a Rootkit inthere somewhere or at least a Trojan and OneCare isn't up to that level of threat, I'm afraid.

Do you have an XP CD?
