Just finished building a new system:

evga 780i MB
E8400 CPU
BFG 8800 GTS (G92) 512MB video card
PC&P 750W power supply
4G corsair XMS2 DHX memory
Xigmatek 120mm rifle CPU cooler (with artic 5)
WD 640G  7200 RPM 16MB hard drive
Samsung SH-S203N dvd drive
Windows XP Home 32 with SP2B
 
 
The computer boots up great and Windows installed without a problem. The problem I am having is downloading and installing games. I have tried installing DAOC from four different websites and each time I go to install I keep getting an error message saying that a file source has been corrupted. I am getting the same error on a couple of other games as well. I have tried installing with the firewall off, but still no luck. I would appreciate any help or suggestions.
 
 

Sounds like an internet connection problem.  Try a download manager like FlashGet http://www.download.com/FlashGet/3 [...] 66273.html

Well, you shouldn't need any download plugins or programs other than the web browser to download & install games unless something is wrong. Try another mirror/server at another time.
