x-fi vista x64 glitchy sound

So ive just upgraded to vista x64 4 gig ram, and im getting glitchy sounds when clicking on windows and things, like the sound cuts out before it finishes, and also in games there are little glitches sometimes. its not major, but still worth investigating.

Creative did recently release beta drivers to address issues some were having with Vista64 and 4GB of RAM. ...might help you if you haven't already tried them.

Yes, I use an Intel Quad. Sometimes its a little overclocked, sometimes a bit underclocked. Yet, its always nice and the virtualiztion is sick. And?
