Memory coolers sometimes work - it depends. Hard drive coolers are unnecessary though.

Hard drive cage with a fan...that's about all you need.

or get a well ventilated case, solve both problems. and good wire management goes very far as well.

Memory cooler = totally unnecessary. Some systems can even do without a hard disk fan. Must-have fans: for CPU, GPU, and maybe one for the case to keep air circulating inside.

In any case, you can always track your components' temperatures and make the necessary adjustments. :D
