So i am finally upgrading my desktop from a old P4 (i know been a while) to an E8400 and wanted to get some opinions on whether or not my watercooler would still be up to the job.

Its a WC 202 and right know it keeps my slightly overclocked P4 at 31C idle and 46C load.

i don't need awsum performance out of it, i just needs to keep the thing cool enough.

Thanks

It only has an 80mm radiator, i know its small butits outside the case and has a high airflow fan attached to it

80mm rad isn't going to cool that processor. With most current components need, at minimum, the surface area of 1.5 x 120mm radiator. So, the best bet would be a dual 120mm rad. If you start adding your GPU, you will need more surface area with the additional component.
