Change Desktop Icon Font text Color - Win 7

Is there anyway i can change the desktop icon font text color in windows 7?

Reason: most of the theme i used have light color and make the icon text hard to see or not visible to read at all, is there anyway to work around this?

Click start, search for window color, select change window color and metrics

Play around with the settings there

I did go there but i could not get the font color change for desktop, is there any other way

There's no officially supported way.

Someone would have to change some code in Windows.
