Broken photo Icons

Did you move files around or change drive letters? What do you mean exactly by "broken icons"?

Hi

the icons are little orange flowers in the gallery of vista. They havea visual crack in them as to see them as broken. I can click on each one but I cannot see them all open at once as I did in xp.

Ive tried restore points and defrags etc..

no updates. what do you think

The files must have been moved, what happened before this started? Did you get a new hard-drive? Where are the picture files located on the hard-drive? Make sure the files are located where the gallery looks for them, usually in My Documents, Pictures.
