another 1 issue, when lunch game it hanging..

If you ran 3dmark and had low cpu scores or gfx scores it could help us identify the problem.

If your games are hanging when loading it could be a software of hardware problem, but unlikely to be a GFX problem...

P.S How do you know your GFX card's fan is being controlled? How hot does it get during a 3D Application?

Ok your gfx card like most of ATI's gfx cards only tend to make a noise when the computer starts up. No need for RivaTuner.
 
76 C is warm for a gfx card however, they can go to 90-95 before artifacting/ closing down.

Assuming that all the hardware is working.  Some adjustments to the bios are needed.  Insure that all of the latest and greatest drivers are installed. Check control panel power options set to home/desktop pc.  10.5+/-k+ is not that bad for a cpu running at 2.2ghz.  Try some bios adjustments.  CPU-Z?  GPU-Z?  You might install Riva tuner for the vc.

How many cores shown in Task manager?
 
After reading the last couple of posts about Games slow/ hang to load I am wondering about the raid setup.  Double check that the whole HD/ raid system is setup correctly especially the drivers for vista.  This may be the source of your problems.

and give an example of the GPU and CPU temperatures.

Auto Tune in CCC goes to your cards maximum clock speeds then hangs then you restart and it set the safest clockspeed before if crashed.

Looks like your CPU is running fine in your 3dmark its about right. However, your gfx score is massively low for a 3870X2. Also your CPU temps are fairly high if thats 46C idle. Try re-seating your heatsink. Or turn Cool and Quiet off in your BIOS.
 
As for getting your 3870X2 to run properly it's about 3-4k points out on 3dmark. I seriously doubt your spider platform is lacking in bandwidth so bottlenecking shouldn't a cure. Is CrossfireX enabled in CCC?

How about a CPU-Z screenshot.
 
Yor ram probably needs timings and voltages set manually in the Bios. And since you are running 4g it will nee .1-.2 more volts then it says.
 
Your CPU is bottlenecking that video card. Systems that get close to 20000 score are running Intel Quads at 4.0 or higher your running 2.2, seems like the score is about right.

Catalyst Control Center you wnat the advanced onptions then Crossfire. Crossfire needs to be turned on to make the X2 work fully .
