Their talking about your memory timings at 6-6-6-18. If you can set them 5-5-5-15 would be a little faster. If your Foxxconn has AOD (AMD OverDrive) you could change them in that program (best case scenario)it may Bluescreen but default back to previous setting. If not you would change it in the Bios and if it fails you then have to clear the CMOS, putting you back to stock default settings: meaning you start over from scratch (a little more work, but may be worth it in the long run).

Even though my ram is rated at CL 6, you think it will run at 5-5-5-15??

You may be able to. Every set of sticks are different, even if their same brand and same model. Right now I'm running my OCZ 8500 Reapers at 4-4-4-8, at stock voltage. Their rated at 5-5-5-12.
In most apps. you won't notice any difference . Personally I like to get the most performance I can, without sacrificing component life.

I would leave them alone for now until you bench the cpu.
This way if it has trouble you only have to look at the cpu and not the memory.
If it were me I would also change the link multi to 4x for now to bring it back to 960. 1200 is pretty close to the theoretical max for the link and bringing it down would allow benching the clock stability only and then try 5x again and see how that goes.
Then work on the memory timings.

As for your mem timings there should be another option to change to get to the manual timings. I cant remember the exact name offhand but its there.
