I'll fit all the waterblocks tonight and jump start the PSU to make sure no leaks appear and hopefully tomoz i can bring more photo's of a working computer :D.

Yup they are. Overclocks are no longer valid, i've set everything to stock so once i get power on her an if she doesn't behave right, I can guess that the overclock ain't the problem :).

So far I'm just halfway connecting the loop...

*EDIT* Here's a big phone pic anyways:

After I get back from the sandy place, I'll be fitting a hinge on the side panel. Then when my supplier has plexi again, I'll throw a window in.

Yet to apply power to the system only the pump. Was just double checking last night it didn't have any leaks. Now I'm awake, cable management starts :).

Right'o, everything's together and she's run up perfectly fine.

Temps on the GFX are quite good:

Idle 33C
Load 38C @ stock

Disappointed slightly with the CPU temps, I may have to re-seat the heatsink. Have used AS5 so maybe the break in period will lower them...Stock temps were 10C less than the results below.

Idle core #0 48C @ 4Ghz 1.37vcore
core #1 43 @ 4Ghz 1.37vcore

Load core #0 63C @ 4Ghz 1.37vcore
core #1 58C @ 4Ghz 1.37vcore

*EDIT* 63C is very difficult to get past, just booted at 4455Mhz with 1.45vcore. Orthos fails, but if you jump start SuperPI on 32M test, CPU temps don't get higher than 63C, strangely enough the GFX temps stay exactly where they are. Must need a re-seat.

Loop: RES -> Pump -> PA 120.3 Rad -> CPU -> PA120.1 Rad -> Gfx -> Gfx -> RES

Ambient can't be more than 26C (UK whether isn't the best...). I've c/o a re-seat and it's lowered CPU temps by 3 degree's.

Dunno could be a multiple of things...

PA 120.3 rad not dissipating the gfx heat, but gfx temps still only in the high 20's idle and low 30's load...

EK Supreme not taking in as much heat as it should, but it's cold to touch...even if i go right at the copper base touching the CPU HS...

TIM could be uneven or bad contact, but when i've taken the HS off there is almost a perfectly even visible spread...

Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I'm deploying in a couple days, so computery gubbins aren't really on the top of my list atm ;).

*EDIT* Nother quick question, is it ok to leave a water loop stagnant for a few months i.e corrosion, mildew etc? Or will i need to drain it? I've used Feser anti - corrosion additive.

Cured the CPU temp problem... twas me being a fool, forgot to cal the temp sensors after the re-install. Now reading:

Idle core #0 38C @ 4Ghz 1.37vcore
core #1 33 @ 4Ghz 1.37vcore

Load core #0 53C @ 4Ghz 1.37vcore
core #1 52C @ 4Ghz 1.37vcore

^

You should be fine as long as you have used the anti-corrosion. But I still recommend draining it just to be safe if no one else is using it and if it's going to be more than a month.
