that is the largest fan i have ever heard of... but i would just get the 4000+ and OC just 100mhz. as if that would make much of a difference though.
but could you just give a link to the Raidmax X-FORCE +23 CM FAN please.
Are you getting a floppy drive for sata drivers during install of OS? and which OS? Why that particular power supply? Unless overclocking, I think stock cooler is not so bad.

Haven't OC the 4200 ever but from what i see you will probably hit the OC ceiling before the temps get dangerous even w/ stock cooler. Mine never hits 35C under full load with the stock. mind you it's just onboard graphics with no extra heat from the GPU .

I'd suggest getting a little faster CPU if possible. All of the X2s are very cheap, so you can get a lot more MHz for very little money. If you're into OC, consider the 5000+ BE.
First.don't worry about a floppy drive as the M2N with the 570 chipset already has the sata drivers in the bios.So do most of the other later chipsets.I agree with the others that you would be better off getting the 5000+Be as it has an unlocked multiplier and will oc to a 6400 speeds of 3.2ghz.The 23cm fan is cool and I also would like to know where to get one.As for the rest, you are good to go.Goodluck.
