Can anyone suggest a good graphics card which will work well in an Asus Commando? It needs to be quiet or not kick out much heat.

The issue I have at the moment is an overheating graphics card (ATI Radeon X600 Pro) with an ASUS P5N32-SLI Deluxe mobo. The graphics card gets that hot its starting to make the PC case very hot inside & this is effecting the CPU.

The motherboard shouldn't have much of an impact on the graphics card, just get a good one in general.
Check benchmark chart, then search for prices:

8800gt and g92 8800gts is the best value right now.
