EPP 2.0

I've got the XFX 790i Ultra Sli and the OCZ PC3-16000 NVIDIA SLI-Ready Edition and I want to activate EPP 2.0 but I want to know some things.

It says that i should increase the CPU Voltage, but I don't know how much :S
Now (without EPP 2.0 enabled) I assigned 1.36250 to my CPU but the BIOS says that the current value is 1.32V , do you know why?

Any advice about EPP 2.0??

I forgot to say that my CPu is Intel Q9650 (not extreme version)
