Can motherboards be both Crossfire and SLI capable? if so which ones are and are good for overclocking a Core 2Duo E4700 and if they cant be which are ones are the best in their respective camps? i'm on a lowish budget i dont want to spend more then 100 less if possible...

only some X58 socket 1366 motherboards for the i7 CPU are both SLI and crossfire at this time.

oh damn ummm whats the best it SLI and CF for a $150~£100 budget i want to get a good overclock and what prefer both lanes to be x16... needs to be able to fit big cards as well (some foxconn mobos have the northbridge right infront of the PCIE slots wtf?)

no. the answer is NO. ONLY some X58 mobos support SLI and CF. it doesn't matter what your budget is. no socket 775 board will support both.
