I want a software which will play .amr files

Both Quicktime and Real Player look to be able to play them. They should install on a P3 system, unless you have something silly like 128mb or RAM. You can get a used P4 system with 1gig of RAM probably for under $100 you may want to look into that. A P4 at 2.5-3 gig should actually enable you to use the computers instead of waiting for 5 minutes every time you click on something.
