Ram frequency confusion on Asus P5B

hello, I have an Asus P5B mobo(1604) with 3Gb of Crucial 667Mhz of ram, I have my E4500 currently at 2.83Ghz with the ram set manually at 514Mhz, As my ram is rated at 667mhz i was led to believe that i had headroom for a better oc but CPU-z shows my ram speed at 342.5 3:4, Bit scary due to it being over its stated speed of 667Mhz so its a kick in the teeth for a bigger overclock.
Has anyone any idea why my ram will not run at 1:1?, Or why in bios and post screen it shows as PC4300 and with Asus suite 533MHz?, In SIsandra memory bandwidth it shows the same as CPU-Z which is at 685Mhz and i have my faith in these two apps, Im not sure whether its a mobo issue(bios update) or whether my basic P5B is not up to the job.

Any ideas? I just want the ram to run as bios states.

warm regards

Problem now solved, I raised FSB to 266Mhz and now CPUID reads 1:1 @266Mhz, I only hope the cpu stays stable at this speed.
